Terrorism

Foreign or Domestic

Terrorism, describes the use of intentionally indiscriminate violent acts to create terror, or fear, in order to achieve political, religious or ideological goals.

In today’s world, terrorism primarily refers to violence against peacetime targets or war against regular citizens (non-military / non-law enforcement personnel).

Terrorists come in all citizenships, genders, nationalities, ideological backgrounds, religious affiliations and political backgrounds.

Terrorist attacks can be carried out by a single terrorist (“lone wolf” attack) or a group of terrorists acting together. Terror attacks can be meticulously planned or extremely random.

The commonality of terror attacks is the purpose to create as much terror or fear as possible either through the number of human casualties, humans injured and damage (direct and indirect) to property, infrastructure or the economy as possible.

What planning have you done to ensure it doesn’t impact you?
